So… I couchsurfed for the first time this week and unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The guy tried to hook up with me, I felt really uncomfortable and had to leave 2 days earlier than I planned.
My first few days in Montego Bay have been fun. I’ve spent lots of time at the beach which is so beautiful. I ventured out alone for the first time on Monday afternoon when I walked home from the beach. It wasn’t completely crazy but definitely not your average walk home.

Right now I’m on the ferry back to Vancouver to catch my flight to Quebec. Being on this ferry again is reminding me of how depressed I felt when coming to Victoria two months ago (read here). Fortunately, I now feel like a completely different person to the one who wrote that post.
